When a young man (Nathan Phillips) witnesses a brutal, mob-related murder and becomes a target himself, the experienced FBI agent (Samuel L Jackson) who saved his life escorts him to L.A. to testify. The assassins have placed a crate full of venomous (and quite intemperate) snakes on the plane to kill the witness and all of the plane's entertaining crew and passengers.

Kimberly forsees a horrible auto accident and saves herself and a few others by blocking an on-ramp. As in the first Final Destination, Death attempts to balance the books with an entertaining variety of elaborate and gruesome deaths.
