Award Annals contains thousands of creative works that are categorized, listed, and linked in several ways. This page outlines the types of categories that creative works belong to. There may be a few creative works that are not categorized as a book, film, or album—they belong to Category:Creative works.
Works by category
List by genre: The list of genres is probably the most useful category. The following categories will list all the genres used to tag creative works, and each genre will also provide a links to its honor roll.
List by creator: An alphabetical list of authors, directors, and recording artists. Each creator category simply lists the works associated with the creator, and provides a link to the creator’s wiki page. The creator’s page should provide an honor roll and additional information.
Series: Some works are part of a series or collection. When several works in a series have been honored, a page for the series itself is created. These categories list series pages.
List of works by title: These are simply alphabetical lists of the creative works included on the site. They are not particularly useful, but here they are.
List of awards: These are lists of awards, not lists of creative works. They are included here because each award category is associated with a type of creative work.
Works in need
The works in these categories are lacking something.
Image: Works in this category need representational image (cover or poster) uploaded and added to the infobox.
Description: Works in this category need a short description or synopsis added to their infobox.
